Welcome to StayJournal. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the StayJournal mobile application (the "App") or accessing the website operated by WolvoCo LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

1. Scope of Service & Platform Role

StayJournal provides users with a digital repository and personal organization engine to log, track, and curate their historical and upcoming travel itineraries.

‍ ‍*Lead Generation Engine:** The App includes features that allow users to generate automated communications to inquire about advisor rates and amenities. You acknowledge and agree that StayJournal is a platform that facilitates the organization of travel preferences and functions as a lead-routing mechanism to independent travel consulting services.

‍ ‍*No Direct Booking Execution:** The App itself does not process financial transactions for travel, host live hotel inventories, or programmatically execute reservations with global distribution systems (GDS).

‍ ‍*Email Customization & Query Discrepancies:** The App utilizes device-level automation to formulate pre-populated email drafts based on parameters configured in your digital footprint view. However, because the user maintains final editing power over the outbound email draft prior to transmission, you acknowledge and agree that the written text contained within the received email query shall serve as the definitive instruction for any subsequent travel advisory research. WolvoCo LLC is entirely exempt from liability for any booking discrepancies arising from user alterations to automated data scripts.

2. Independent Advisor & Host Agency Relationship

Travel booking inquiries generated or initiated through the App are manually managed and processed through Fora Travel, Inc., a registered California Seller of Travel (Registration No. 2151995-50).

‍ ‍*Independent Status:** Individuals managing booking requests are operating as independent affiliates hosted by Fora Travel, Inc.

‍ ‍*Affiliate & Commission Disclosures:** In strict accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding consumer transparency, you are hereby notified that travel bookings manually processed through our host agency relationship with Fora Travel, Inc. may generate vendor commission payouts to the acting travel advisor. The inclusion of unadvertised perks, preferred partner benefits, and direct rate-matching guarantees is made possible via these established hospitality networks.

‍ ‍*No Corporate Affiliation with Providers:** Neither WolvoCo LLC nor StayJournal is owned by, or directly a corporate subsidiary of, any hotel chain, airline, or third-party travel vendor displayed within the platform interface.

3. Disclaimers: Perks, Rates, and Availability

The App may display informational highlights regarding preferred partner amenities, VIP benefits, room upgrades, complimentary breakfasts, or resort credits.

‍ ‍*No Guarantees:** All rates, promotional pricing, unadvertised perks, and programmatic benefits displayed within the application interface are strictly subject to individual property availability, seasonal blockouts, and changing hotel policies at the physical moment of booking execution or check-in.

‍ ‍*Modification of Perks:** Hospitality properties reserve the right to alter, diminish, or withhold promotional amenities based on occupancy and operational constraints. WolvoCo LLC provides no warranty or guarantee that any illustrated amenity will be fulfilled by the third-party property.

4. User-Generated Content & Acceptable Use (EULA)

To the extent that StayJournal permits you to post, log, or input custom text, descriptions, notes, or reviews ("User Content"), you retain ownership of such data but grant WolvoCo LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to host, render, and display it within your account dashboard.

‍ ‍*Strict Content Restrictions:** You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the App to input, store, or transmit any text or media that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. StayJournal maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior or objectionable platform manipulation.

‍ ‍*Enforcement & Termination:** WolvoCo LLC reserves the absolute, unilateral right, without prior warning, to audit account parameters, delete offending User Content, and permanently terminate the account access of any user found in violation of these safety parameters to satisfy Apple App Store safety protocols.

5. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Vendor Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WolvoCo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

* The performance, service quality, room conditions, safety standards, or operational failures of any independent third-party property, hotel, resort, or transportation provider selected by the user.

* Cancellations, overbookings, billing discrepancies, or reservation disputes occurring directly between the user and any hospitality entity.

* Any technical disruptions, communication failures, or errors occurring during the user-initiated email generation or transmission pipeline.

‍ ‍*Force Majeure:** WolvoCo LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, travel warnings, pandemics, or global telecommunication failures.

6. External Links & Third-Party Platforms

The App and Website may contain links to external third-party websites or services (e.g., hotel reservation engines or map routing applications) that are not owned or controlled by WolvoCo LLC.

* We assume no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy structures, terms of use, or business methodologies of any third-party websites. You access them entirely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, layout, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WolvoCo LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WolvoCo LLC.

8. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

‍ ‍*Mandatory Venue:** Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction within this venue.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notification within the App interface prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
